Fantastic service, excellent food, real (melted chocolate) hot chocolates with great pricing.

Inconsistent sums this place up. I live close and have been here several times and sometimes I am tempted to give it 5 stars but other times I would only give it a 1 star. Food is generally good. Service varies from very good to being totally ignored. Last time I was there I felt as if I must have been wearing Harry Potter's invisibility cape. Multiple staff walked right past me but totally ignored me. Value for money is perhaps a little on the low side. I appear to get better service when I order takeaway than when I sit for table service. There are other eating places nearby that I prefer for a quick meal that are more consistent.
